Comfortable, durable and stylish: this luxury outdoor lounge bed is part of the signature collection of &moss: the KOEN. A modular lounge series with various separate elements that can be fully combined to your liking. This unique outdoor lounge bed consists of two elements from this series: the middle lounge sofa element and the square ottoman. Therefore, the lounge bed is easy to expand or combine with the other elements.
The teak lounge beds KOEN are equipped with luxury outdoor cushions from the brand Sunbrella as standard. These cushions are water-repellent and have a high lightfastness. Moreover, they can easily withstand a little rain. However, we do recommend storing the cushions during rain and when not in use for a long period of time since this will extend their lifespan.
The cushions are standard available in four luxury fabrics: Natté Linen Chalk (cream/white), Natté Heather Grey (beige/taupe), Natté Nature Grey (grey) and Natté Sooty (anthracite/black). The luxury lounge bed is made from 100% recycled teak wood. This wood is obtained, among other things, from old train rails, boats and (packing) houses. The wood is then completely stripped and freed from all paint residues and nails. Any holes are filled with filling pieces, which are sanded until the pieces blend nicely with the wood. These filling pieces make the lounge bed unique and durable. This means that no trees have to be cut down because old materials are given a beautiful second life.
Due to the use of recycled teak wood, the lounge bed can easily remain outside throughout the year. However, it will eventually start to grey. You can postpone this by treating the lounge bed with a teak cleaner once or twice a year. To extend the lifespan of your lounge bed, we also recommend treating it with a teak protector or shield afterwards.
